Inaugurated:
Painting Summer Classes at PNCA
The Summer Art Camp has started on Tuesday formally inaugurated by the Director General Pakistan National Council of the Arts, Touqeer Nasir at PNCA in Islamabad.
This class is inaugurated for the children of 8 to 15 years of age while the objective of this camp is to bring out innovative and creative ideas of young generation. Touqeer Nasir said while talking to INFN, “Our youth has great potential and have a success stories in all the fields specially the artists. He added, “We are trying our level best to provide maximum opportunities to the young generation to polish their latent potential of creativity, innovation and optimism”.
A lady teacher while talking to INFN said, “Those students who study and involves in the activities and the atmosphere of PNCA contributes a lot for letting them besides making them creative which is helpful for children in their future career”.
The six week camp has offered basic training and information about the use of colours, brushes, paints, sketches, drawing and other related arts along with excursion trips to museums and landscape sites. The children will be awarded certificates at the end of course.
