People throng Lake View Park after rain

Lake View Park is one of the most beautiful places of Islamabad where a large number of people come to enjoy throughout the year especially in scorching heat of summer season when sun rays become cruel for human beings. Monday was a rainy day in twin cities and heavy rain made a large number of people come at Lake View Park, despite of it being a working day, in order to enjoy with their families and loved ones.

While talking to INFN, Uzma Khattak, a visitor at Lake View Park said, “We have come here with our family from Rawalpindi and we are enjoying so much in this rainy day. Hina Saddique, 24, said, “Lake View Park is my favourite place especially in this beautiful weather.” Danish, 16, said, I have never seen this type of weather in my whole life and it is one of the memorable days of my life with a lovely breeze.”

Little Rubab of 6, said, “I love Lake View Park and I have brought my papa here at this place.”

When INFN contacted, Muhammad Kashif, Director Lake View Park, he said, “We are trying our best to provide every facility to the visitors here. We have planted so many different flowers at the entrance of the park and along both sides of walking track; swings for children and tea, burger and coffee stalls have been set up.

There is the facility of boating also on the lake which also magnetizes the attention of people and there is a great feed back of our work and services.
