Creative artists reach capital as Folklore festival kicks off today

Renowned artisans, artists and creative professionals Thursday arrived at the federal capital with pieces of their art work as annual folklore festival kicks off at Lok Virsa today (Friday).

The ten-day long cultural festivities would attract thousands of people from twin cities and the adjoining areas. The artists from across the country would present cultural heritage and art work at their stalls and provide a chance to the visitors to buy and acknowledge the cultural spirit behind their work. A private media company is organizing events at the festival.
